On August 28, 2018 we have reported the illegal trade in protected animals in Sukahaji Market, Bandung, West Java, to the authorities. The photographic evidence which we have sent constitute compelling reasons for the government to close Indonesia’s bird markets. In addition to wild birds in the Indonesia’s cruel bird markets, you can also find macaques chained and kept in small cages.
