Our Products

Eco-friendly Coffee

Each of these coffee beans grows in the shade of lush forest trees, not on barren, arid land. We call it Shade-Grown Coffee.

Here, coffee farmers do not cut down trees, but care for them. The forest trees provide shade that allows the coffee beans to ripen more slowly, resulting in a more complex and rich flavour. In return, the coffee roots protect the soil from erosion, whilst the tree canopy provides a home for migratory birds and pollinating insects.

Enjoying this coffee means you are helping to prevent deforestation. It ensures no more forests are cleared for plantations and provides a safe space for forest ecosystems to continue thriving.

Sugar Palm Sap

Banana Chips

“Every piece of these banana chips tells a story of the patience of forest village farmers in caring for the ecosystem. Intercropped under the shade of Tahura’s large trees, these bananas grow without damaging the forest stand. We process them traditionally to preserve their authentic, naturally crispy and sweet flavor.
